Revelat amb acid gal·lic i acetonitrat de plata durant 15 minuts. Negatiu invertit digitalment amb Photoshop.
Càmera Graflex Crown Graphic de format 4x5 polzades, fabricada cap al 1949; objectiu Derogy tipus petzval, fet cap al 1875.
El poble d'Alpens, al Lluçanés, vist des del nord. Es podria haver fet aquesta fotografia quan va donar-se la Batalla d'Alpens (1873), durant la III Guerra Carlina.

Calotype (modified Pélegry, with honey instead of whey); Canson Marker paper; 42 sec exposure (f3.5 aprox), EV 13,5. Batch VII paper (iodized and sensitized in may 2024). Developed with gallic acid and acetonitrate of silver for 15 minutes. Original negative digitally inverted with Photoshop.

The Catalan village of Alpens, seen from the north. There was a battle here, in 1873, during the III Carlist War. A calotype like this one could had been taken in that combat (but they didn't).
