El primer poble alsacià que varem visitar aquest 2023 (jo ja hi he estat diverses vegades, a Alsacia), ha estat Turckheim, que jo no coneixia. També hi varem dinar i pasejar pel petit mercat nadalenc.
Al costat del ajuntament es troba aquest magnific hotel. Sembla un escenari de pel·licula, jo personalment em ve al cap el "Prancing Pony" (El Cavallet Presumit en la versió catalana) de Bree, a la Terra Mitja de JRR Tolkien. Però és un autentic hotel encara en ús avui en dia.

Turckheim was the first Alsatian village that we visited this Christmass 2023. It has a Christmass Market near the church, and several medieval gates still preserved.
In the center of the beautiful village stands this very old but still working hotel, the Hotel des Deux Clefs, that it's so perfect visually that looks like a movie setting. It reminds me of the "Prancing Pony" in Bree, as imagined by JRR Tolkien.
