El pont i el gual de La Salut / Ways to cross

IN ENGLISH BELOW THE LINE

Picture taken with a Folmer & Schwing Graflex Auto 5x7, made c. 1911-1915; Kodak Projection Anastigmat f6.3 lens; Fomapan 100 in 5x7 sheet, developed with HC110.

This camera worked but some issues (mainly the shutter stuck in the release), so I sent it for a CLA to Graflex Parts in Duluth, Minnesota (USA), and now it works beautifully.

La Salut bridge, over the Ripoll, in Sabadell. It looks like the old Roman road from Gades (Cadiz), in Hispania, to Rome, crossed the Ripoll river in this very place. Ripoll comes from the latin riuo populetum, "poplar river". It's known that the Via Augusta had a stop in Arrago, now La Salut church, outside Sabadell.
