Calotip mètode Pélegry modificat (mel en comptes de xerigot), en format 4x5.; paper Canson Marker; revelat durant 20 minuts amb acid gal·lic i acetonitrat de plata. Uns 3 minuts d'exposició a f8 (EV 13.5).
Càmera Graflex Crown Graphic, fabricada cap al 1949; objectiu Kodak Anastigmat f4.5.

Vaig trobar aquest Renault 8 per Sabadell. Encara recordo quan era força usual trobar-ne. No tant com els R5, 124, 127, Dos Cavalls... però s'en veien... El més divertit d'aquest calotip és que aquest cotxe és de color carbassa força viu, i en pel·licula es mostra gairebé blanc. Però el calotip només veu en UV i màxim color blau...

This picture is quite funny because this Renault 8 is not black nor dark grey... but bright orange. I took a film picture of it another day and looks almost white. But the calotype, like other archaic/alternative processes only sees in UV or blue light.
