L'església de Sent Pèire de Bessuèjols (Bessuéjouls en francès), és força curiosa i interessant. Forma part del camí occità de Sant Jaume, i gran part de la nau fou refeta al s. XVII.

 

Però el campanar és l'original romanic i conserva una inusual capella "aeria",al primer pís. No havia vist mai aquest tipus d'estructura.

The church of Sent Pèire de Bessuèjols (Bessuéjouls in French), is quite curious and interesting. It is part of the Occitan Way of St. James, and much of the nave was rebuilt in the s. XVII.

 

But the bell tower is the original Romanesque and retains an unusual "aerial" chapel on the first floor. I had never seen this kind of structure.
