Park Güell
IN ENGLISH BELOW THE LINE

After the coronavirus quarantine of 2020, Barcelona appeared empty of tourism for first time in 30 years. Those are some images of this summer.
This is my first visit to the World famous' Park Güell, a landscaped park by Antoni Gaudí. As is usually overcrowded with tourists, I had not visited in at least 20 years. This serpentine bench was made with the now famous "trencadís" style, using recicled ceramic tiles. And recicling, for artistic creations at least, in the early XX Century was really an unusual thing.
Picture taken with a Rolleiflex 3.5 F, made c. 1969-1971; Carl Zeiss Planar f3.5 / 75mm; Kodak Portra 160.
