Sargasso Weed

I came upon this spot on the Atlantic side of Bahia Honda at just the right time. The sun was rising. It was close enough to low tide that the beach was exposed and the waves were not pounding on the rocks. The Sargasso Weed had completely covered part of the beach in the background and was starting to decay. The smell there was overpowering, but here, there was no smell and the plant looked quite beautiful.
