Android 15
Super Android 13, the seventh DBZ movie, included three new androids - the redneck Android 13 (who later transforms into a blue hulk), the monk-warrior Android 14, and the purple pimpbot Android 15. All three were created, but left partially unfinished and kept in statis during Dr. Gero's life. After he died, his supercomputer finished them and sent them after Goku.
15's personality varies wildly between the original Japanese and the American dub... and it's a change I appreciate. originally, Androids 14 and 15 had no personality, mindlessly chasing their target and only saying Goku's name. Which is odd, since the purple guy at least showed a lot of personality in his mannerisms, gestures, and that flask he always drank out of (!!!!!). So, the dub gave the two dialogue, usually when their mouths weren't visible. And yes, yes, Android 15 is kind of ghetto. It's to be expected.
