Babidi & Dabura
Babidi is the son of Bibidi, who created Majin Buu. Ouch, the puns! Dabura is a pun on Dabra, as in Abracadabra... but then it all falls apart because Babidi's other henchmen are named PuiPui, Yakon, and Spopovich. So there's a reason why one translation changed Pui to Pocus, I guess.
Babidi is an alien wizard - he's not much in a fight, but he can possess and control anybody with evil in their hearts, so long as he knows how to tempt them. This is why he has the full loyalty of Dabura, king of demons. Yeah. Maybe Babidi isa little shrimpy, but he's got the devil in his payroll.
Dabura is roughly even in power with Perfect Cell, though he trades off the amazing regeneration powers in exchange for thigns like a magic sword, fire breath, and turning things to stone by spitting on them. Both of them got killed by Buu, and both sorta were redeemed in the afterlife - Dabura was sent to heaven because it owuld be more torture for him, and then turned flowers-and-rainbows good. Babidi was just so bitter about Majin Buu killing him that he rooted for Goku from the afterlife.
