Special Beam Cannon
The Makankosappo (demon something cannon?) is Piccolo's signature move, although he never used it in Dragon Ball - he was still perfecting it when Z rolled around. It's a unique-looking blast, shaped (and functioning) like a drill, extremely fast, but with the sole disadvantage of requiring a lot of charging time. THis attack was what caused Goku's first death in a sacrifice to defeat Raditz. Since then, it's just been a useful part of Piccolo's (and later Cell's) arsenal.
Fun thing about this figure: He is posed specifically to take the charging and firing Special Beam Cannon poses, and you can take off his arm to simulate how he looked at the end of the Raditz fight. The beam effect came from an Iron man figure, though it looks perfect.
