Mezzoloth (3.5)

This is one of the worst-made D&D minis... because of a design flaw where EVERY SINGLE FIGURE has a crack or stress fracture in the trident. I got like ten, and only one remains unbroken to this day. The injection point on the trident has a flaw, somehow.
