After a thoroughly enjoyable day at work where I actually learned some things not the least of which was that it was nearly impossible to find a construction engineer that knew anything about construction, I called a few offices and was frequently told "i don't have the knowledge to answer that question" Still after an hour on the phone I reached finally a wise man that could give some good advice and excellent scientific help then it was just to try his advice in practice and see what happened. It was valuable experience and fun.

 

Rounded off my day with an enjoyable dinner at my friends house with him and his wife in a nearby village and their older dog became my picture for today, I had to stop myself from using black and white twice :)

 

It was a real challenge for me to try and take shots of his younger dog, it didn't stand still for a second, and I missed a great shot of this dog inside looking out the window when he moved just as I pressed the shutter good experience though and they looked great in the late afternoon light
