The Cider House Rules

Rain .... Rain and more rain.

 

 

Driving around the countryside yesterday was just an excercise in futility. Everything was just dark grey and nothing seemed to be worth taking a picture of. I wish there had been snow this winter, ok it would have been a nightmare at work but it would have made for some lovely photography.

 

 

We dropped in for coffee at a friends house, they had just bought a property not far from the stone bridge I shot the other day. That seemed to be a fitting moving in gift so they received a framed copy and seemed pleased with it. Their house has a lovely location next to the old cider house in the area. I took the opportunity to take a shot of it from their lawn.

 

 

Since then it's been a little shopping and then indulging in that great Swedish passtime of putting together IKEA furniture. Once that highpoint of excitement was done with I tried to sweettalk my printer into giving me a print of peters crane that had all the right colours, the printer gave in after I threatened it with nuclear weapons.

 

 

Back to work tomorrow so back to mobile phone photography, have a great week
