Thomas Grubba
Ashmount LR
I'm a bit over the top these days but couldn't resist posting this one.
Can you say light sucking glossy wood? I knew that I would have to shoot it mostly ambient and warned the agent that there would be no detail in the windows.
Additional lighiting is:
All SB 800's
One CL, shoot through umbrella pointed into room, full power.
Two CL in the DR, full diffusion pointed away from the camera, 1/2 power each.
One in the far room (luckly this was a bright room and lit mostly with ambient), WAD pointed into the room, 1/4 power.
One on camera, full diffusion pointed up and to the right, full power.
The room sort of looks like an upside down boat, but I just love the ceiling.
