If it wasn't for the skylight (curse them!!) I could have done this "mostly ambient" but oh well.
The difficult part, believe it or not was getting enough even light in the foreground, left side cabinet. I futzed with that light most of the time.
6 SB-800's
One on camera, wide angle diffusion (WAD for short) 1/4 power pointed up and to the right.
One on floor at my feet pointed at me, 1/16th power, WAD.
One over my left shoulder, WAD, full tripod extension pointed down and into the room.
One behind the last white cabinet in the center of the photo pointed at the far table. WAD, 1/32nd power.
2 CR, one on the counter, WAD pointed towards the island at 1/16th power and on just before the picture, full diffusion pointed at the table, 1/32nd power.
