The 5 off camera light set up from Seattle. I have uploaded this full res in case you want to downlod the file for reference. Lighting set up is:
6 SB-800's
One on camera, wide angle diffusion to reach over the chair in the foreground, 1/4 power. Pointed up and to the left.
One CL next to the frig that Scott included for some reason unknown to me ;-). Full diffusion with Stofen pointed towards the door, 1/8 + 1/3rd power.
One behind the island pointed towards the stove, wide angle difusion at 1/64th power.
One tucked away next the microwave, wide angle diffusion pointed into the room at 1/64th power. I had to clone out the minor artifact in the ceiling that was created by the flash fall off. Maybe 10 sec with the healing tool.
One CR, full diffusion pointed into the LR, away from the table, 1/4 power.
Finally one at my feet, wide angle diffusion pointed at me, 1/16th power to fill the foreground.
