OK, so small room, this was the only angle that would work, plus from here I got the windows. In retrospect I should have blown them out even more.

 

One on camera, WAD, pointed up and left, 1/4 power or so.

 

One CR, wide angle diffusion pointed up and into corner, 1/32nd power.

Done
