Oak Knoll Overview
OK, so to the folks that are into the ambient only lighting this might or might not come as a refresher. There was very few places to place the lights but in addition there were mirrors imbedded throughout the walls. Lighting is as follows:
7 SB-800's
One on camera, full diffusion, 1/2 power pointed up.
One CL behind lamp, wide angle diffusion pointed into the overhang hallway at 1/64th power.
One in upper hallway, wide angle diffusion pointed into the hallway at 1/32nd power. This one was actually used to trigger the flash in the upper bedroom.
One in upper bedroom, wide angel diffusion pointed into the room at 1/2 power, that's a little overdone but the bedroom was really dark.
One behind the banister to light the kitchen, wide angle diffusion, pointed into the the room at 1/16th power.
Finally one CR, next to the dininng room table, fully extended on the tripod, full diffusion pointed up at 1/4 power.
