Norfolk Staircase 2
Small, large spaces and lots of lights...
OK, so I wanted a cool shot of the staircase (your welcome Scott) and there was no way I was going to pull in the window CL above. So I based the exp on retaining the window frame and went from there. Plus it was a 5,600 sq ft house and with 2 hrs to make 30 images... Ready, set, go...
9 SB-800's all SU-4 mode:
One CL to right of plant, full diffusion pointed up into staircase, 1/14 power
One straight ahead and in the staricase, full diffusion pointed up into the upper landing, 1/8th power.
One in the stairwell, wide angle diffusion pointed away from the camera at 1/32nd power.
One straight ahead to the left of the door, wide angle diffusion pointed away from the door, 1/8th power.
One in the hallway to the left of the door, wide angle diffusion pointed away from camera and into the hallway, 1/16th power.
2 in the kitchen on oppoiste sides, one to right pointed into the room at 1/16 power, one to the left buried deep, pointed into the room at 1/4 power.
One CR, full difusion pointed up into the ceiling at 1/2 power
Finally on on camera, full diffusion pointed up and to the left at 1/2 power.
Whew...
A little glare on the kitchen cabinets and the sconces are burt out more than I would like, but overall not a bad image.
