Yeah I know that you can see the shadows off the stair railing... Not enough time to edit it out.

 

4 SB800's

One on camera, stoffen at 1/4

One on stairway to immediate left, wide angle diffusion pointed directly into staircase at 1/16th.

One at top of stairway, CL, wide angle diffusion pointed into ceiling at 1/8th (that's what's making the shadow)

One in DR straight in front of camera behind the wall frame, wide angle diffusion at 1/4, pointed slightly up and into corner

 

Also part of a set in my photo stream, any comments on those would be greatly appreciated.
