Fungus Weevil

Found at Palo Verde Biological Station, inside Palo Verde National Park. Guanacaste Province, Costa Rica.

 

Maybe Phaenithon sp.? Saw a couple of fallen trees with bunches of these on them. Found on Sendero La Venada.
