Robber Fly with prey

Found at Mount Stirling Nature Reserve, SW of Kellerberrin. Western Australia, Australia.

A very small robber, about 5-7mm if I remember correctly. I was strolling through some dry ankle-high grasses when I saw it fly in and land. I took a bunch of shots with the 100mm and then decided to try to get some with the MP-E. I lost track of it during the lens switch. Spent about an hour searching, but couldn't find it or any others. Prey looks to possibly be a small wasp.

Single exposure, moderately cropped, handheld, in situ. Canon MT-24EX flash unit, Ian McConnachie diffuser.
