Robber Flies

Found at Ecolodge Itororó reserve, in/near Nova Friburgo municipality in state of Rio de Janeiro in southeastern Brazil.

 

Atomosiini of sorts. Surprised to see these on the same leaf. I don't see this often. I wonder if male and female.
