Robber Flies
Found at Wallaby Hills Nature Reserve on Goldfields Rd, E of York. Western Australia, Australia.
Leptogastrinae of sorts. Three of these were found 'sleeping' on branch tips of the same tree. This male (to the right) and female (to the left) were hanging on the same branch tip. It was morning and the sun had not yet reached where they were stationed.
