Window Fly

Metatrichia bulbosa (Osten Sacken, 1877), I believe. Found on Oracle Ridge Trail in Santa Catalina Mountains. Pima County, Arizona, USA.

 

These were not uncommon on small dead dried plants and grasses at trailside. Saw several mating pairs.
