Hastate Hide Beetle
Omorgus sp. (possibly O. nodosus) in the family Trogidae, I believe. Found at Patagonia Lake State Park. Santa Cruz County, Arizona, USA.
Found in sandy dry creek bed. It was having a bit of difficulty crawling on the sand as its front tarsi were worn away. Must have been an old individual.
