Neorhynchocephalus sackenii (Williston, 1880) (thanks to John F. Carr for providing the species determination on bugguide). Carr Canyon in Huachuca Mountains. Cochise County, Arizona, USA.

 

Found clinging to grass. Windy and threatening rain at the time I encountered it.
