Robber Fly with prey

Holopogon sp. Prey seems to be some sort of planthopper. Spring Green Preserve SNA in south west-central Wisconsin. Sauk County, Wisconsin, USA.

 

These are very small robbers. They are pretty tolerant of your presence, like the other twig perchers.
