Making a change from the series of rather boxy estates which followed, these Crowns featured somewhat outlandish styling. This is the pre-facelift model with body-colour bumpers.
A limited number crop up at shows nowadays, predictably I've seen more of them being banger raced.
Interesting to think that these were doing the job of my Camry estate some 15-20 years previously.
