1973 Datsun 1200 estate LVF 566L (c.1998)
An interesting thing that appeared in the yard sometime after my initial visit. Local from new on the 'VF' plate, it did well to remain on the road until 1995.
My toolbox is visible in this shot, and it looks to have moved from the location in the next two photos, having incurred a bit of damage on the wing and lost the wheel cover.
I made enquiries about buying this car, but I could never get a price out of them and I suspect it would have been pretty rotten underneath and well beyond my meagre capabailities/budget.
