May even be 1970? The Capri Mk1 is a 1969/70 H-reg but the Rover P6 and SImca 1100 might be a better clue? Everything else has more of a 1960s look.
I'm reading the plate on the Capri as being SOW 423H. It does come up on Cartell as a 2000 GT XLR, which looks right I think? DVLA say it was a 1969 model which was black and had a 1700cc engine, if so was it resprayed and fitted with a large capacity X-flow, or maybe even the small European V4 engine? Last taxed in 1984.
The printing quality of this card is interesting, it has much less of the usual halftone, dotty quality.
