#1 Camry V6 stripped
The beginning of a rather busy day. These numbered shots should make some kind of log.
As its lovely engine had already been removed for use in an MR2 and some panels had been sold to help keep another one on the road, there was little point keeping this forever. Spent a couple of evenings removing the panels and any other bits I might need.
It would have been good to keep the suspension struts and maybe even cut the good rear wheel arches off it, but I had a limited amount of time and have to be realistic about what bits I might ever use/need.
A shot of it below when it was with its previous owner on a different registration. It then reverted to J929PEW when I bought it in 2011.
A shame to see it go, but I gave it a good stay of execution including a couple of trackday sessions at RAF Marham, and bits of it are still around helping others.
