Birthday card for teen with summer bday
I made this card for a teenager in our family who is very fun and loving. Since we just went to the beach with him I wanted to use this great (out of business) There She goes set called Aquaholic. I used the sketch from www.cardchallenges.com/2016/07/wednesday-sketch-challenge... and grouped all the images as my circular element. I grounded the images using a Verve border stamp. I first stamped the sand castle on tan cardstock, then stamped the rest on white and coloured with Prisma colour pencils. I repeatedly stamped Happy Birthday 10 times using a small Mama Elephant stamp set. I finished the card by mounting it all on a Lawn Fawn Journaling die and then adding the two vellum stripes to match the sketch.
