All Concrete Patios which are built new are built using 3000 PSI Concrete with 3/8"- 1" aggregate. We use a minimum of 1/2" rebar, 12" on Center with plastic chairs. If the new slab is adjacent to an existing slab, we dowel and epoxy into the existing slab with an expansion joint inbetween slabs. Treated pine or redwood is used on all interior joints. All form boards are new and in good condition. We provide select-fill dirt when necessary, lime or sand stabilization of the subgrade as needed. We take all precautions available to deliver a quality slab that will last.
All Decks and Pergolas are done with custom quality and precision. Based on your preference, we generally use Cedar, treated Pine and reclaimed wood (if requested). Any projects which require a structural engineer, we will provide this additional service.
