66706 Wootton Rivers 18th October 2008

66706 passes the fishing pond at Wootton Rivers with 4E31 06:34 Taunton Fairwater to Peterbrough with its trainload of used concrete sleepers in YXA wagons. Overnight it would have worked down with new sleepers for the TRS relay train bassed at Taunton Fairwater at the time. The sleepers would have originated at Tallington on the East Coast main line. At the time this was the only GBRF service in the area, the service eventually taken over by Freightliner. 10th October 2008
