How we change in the course of our life is incredible , this morning making breakfast AGAIN , I caught my reflection in the window and as I leaned forward to look at myself I scared the birds away and scared myself lol , how time can change us , unless we see ourselves in a reflection or a mirror we still think we are 16 . young in the mind and knackered on the outside lol .
