I'm not crazy about this "new and improved" Flickr. The images don't seem to look as sharp as with the old Flickr. They're encouraging people to post higher rez images on Flickr, but I'm reluctant to do so, having had images stolen and posted onto "Royalty Free" websites with my credit line stripped off. I don't know if the images were taken from this site or from my other site, www.PhotographsFromNature.com. I try not to get all paranoid about it, but I do want to protect my images. I do NOT want to put larger, more conspicuous watermarks on my photos, so I guess I'll just have to live with the situation.
My images sometimes look a little sharper when viewed in Light Box, but they're still the way they look in Photoshop. If you click on the image in Light Box, it goes to a pan and zoom animation, which my postings (at a lower rez) aren't optimized for. If anyone has a suggestion or two for me, let me know. Thanks! :-)
