Lobster Tempura Don

With Micro Mitsuba and tempura Glaze... I think my Wife was imaging a whole lobster fried, so she kept staring at the bowl for a while.... 'Honey, it's cut into chunks, then fried'

**Grabs four hunks of Lobster meat from the Tempura pile** 'Here ya go!'

 

Wife grunts.... But hey, it was delicious!!! Love that Chef Nakayama used his awesome Sushi rice, instead of the regular rice too!
