Maestro at work.... After his retirement, my Father could not stay still( I think I get that part of my personality from him ). He took on a part-time job at McDonalds, simply because he has been in a office environment for 35+years. Aside from making the best tasting French Fries and Burgers in the FarEast, my Father began taking cooking classes at the Culinary Institute in Nagoya. He just learned how to make Soba, Ramen, and Italian Pasta.... Hmmmm, perhaps someday, a joint venture???????
