Red Baneberry (Actaea rubra)

Photographed the Red Baneberry plant growing alongside the Bridge to Bridge Trail in Timmins Ontario Canada.

 

All parts of the Red Baneberry plant are poisonous including the berries. These poisonous herbaceous plants are native to North America.
