Puppet Show Shorts 3T

Puppetshow Shorts 3T to go with this dress,http://www.flickr.com/photos/73669617@N07/7305714114/in/set-72157631847092053 . This dress was the third oliver and S creation (and third popover!) I ever made. The dress got worn a lot over summer and it was noticed that a pair of shorts underneath would be helpful as it gets shorter, so here they are.
