Newark City Hall

At the beginning of the 20th Century, Newark was one of the most important cities in the USA. It was larger than Atlanta, Dallas, and San Diego. So the city needed a city hall to reflect its importance. This building was completed in 1902 at a cost of $2 million. Newark is in Essex County, New Jersey.
