The Sandy Hook Light House was built in 1764 to protect the ships entering New York Habor 01-03

This is the oldest working Light House in the USA. It was occupied by the British during the American Revolution and exposed to the elements on the end of Sandy Hook. Sandy Hook is located in Monmouth County, NJ.
