Interior of the Waterloo Gristmill

In the gristmill you can watch as the millstones grind the corn into grist and then walk downstairs to see the grist pour out below. The millstone is made of the high-quality meteor-impacted buhrstone, imported from Paris, and was used because it produced the finest quality product, free of impurities that could taint the product.
