Interior of Monmouth Battlefield Park Visitors Center

The Visitors Center gives a detailed history of the battle that occurred here and displays artifacts recovered from the battlefield.

 

 

Note the picture of Molly Pitcher on the wall. It was here at this battle the the legend of Molly Pitcher began.
