The Chapel Dedicated to St. Lucy

This Chapel has been placed in the Cathedral to honor the contributions made by Italians to the Archdiocese of Newark. St. Lucy Filipini, who founded a congregation of teaching sisters active in the Archdiocese, is dedicated to Italians.

The windows show Sts. Rocco, Frances X. Cabrini (patron of immigrants and first U.S. citizen canonized), Januarius, Lucy Filipini, and Anthony of Padua in Sacred Heart Cathedral
