Ocean Avenue in Monmouth Beach at the Jersey Shore

This is Ocean Avenue in Monmouth Beach. Monmouth Beach is on a peninsula with the Ocean to the east and the Navesink River to the west. The only thing that protects the town during a storm from the ocean meeting the river is this great sea wall. Sometimes its works and sometime it doesn't.
