The Saint Louis and the Saint Michael Altar

 

 

 

The altar of St. Michael and St. Louis was designed by Charles T. Mathews and built by Tiffany and Company. It was a gift of the Bouvier family, the ancestors of Jacqueline Kennedy the wife of the former President.
