This is the North Transept of the Cathedral
The marble statutes seated in the lower niches of this wall include the doctors of the Eastern Church, St. John Chrysostom, St. Basil the Great, St. Gregory the Nazianzen, and St. Arthanasius. Standing in the upper tier to the left of the door is St. Dominic and to the right is St. Thomas Aquinas.
The window of the Blessed Virgin is above the north transept door.
