The Grand Organ in St. Patrick's Cathedral

The grand, or gallery organ, is located just below the rose window at the 5th Avenue entrance. It is immense which explains the term grand. This organ is one of the cathedral’s two organs and it contains 7,855 pipes ranging in length from thirty-two feet to one-half inch.
